Before we go any further, let’s take a minute to acknowledge just how much we’ve all had thrown at us over the last few years.
We’ve navigated economic uncertainty, rising costs, slower sales cycles, new and rapidly changing technology, a global pandemic… it’s been a lot.

Release & Align is a high-touch group coaching program where we help you take an honest look at what is and isn’t working in both your business and your life – so you can quickly uncover the shifts you need to make, and be supported at every step of the way as you implement those changes.
Figuring out what changes to make is one thing, but once you find that clarity, fear and procrastination often set in before you can even start thinking about implementing those changes.
That’s why, inside Release & Align we focus on helping you uncover the exact shifts you need to make within the first 4 weeks of the program, so you have crystal clarity on what action steps are needed.
From there, we’ll be at your side over the next 5 months as you make shifts in your life and business to align with your most supported and unstoppable version of yourself.
The 6-Month Group Coaching Program is divided into 2 phases:
Month 1: Release & Align Course
Taught live via 4 workshop style sessions over the first 4 weeks of the program in October 2023.
During these 4 interactive workshop-style sessions, we guide you through the coaching exercises and hold space for you to do the work of clarifying what needs to be released so you can align with your Life-First Vision. You’ll do this work together in a group with other established entrepreneurs who are also committed to stepping into what’s meant for their next season of life and business – with our guidance, live feedback and support at every step of the way.
Here’s an overview of what we’ll cover during these 4 live sessions:
- Week 1: Clarifying Your Life First Vision
- Week 2: Releasing what’s getting in the way
- Week 3: Becoming your most supported self
- Week 4: Stepping into your aligned Life-First Vision
Months 2-6: Life & Business Alignment Coaching
2x/month group coaching calls & flexible community support.
Now that you’ve uncovered the things you need to release in your life and business that are no longer serving you, these next five months together are all about taking action to make those shifts. This is the part of the process where fear, limiting beliefs, and procrastination start to show up most, and we’ll be there to support you as you take aligned action to make your true, supportive Life-First Vision for your business a reality.
Through regular coaching calls and community support, we’ll help you work through both the logistical/practical AND emotional/mindset aspects that come up throughout your process as you navigate the specifics of your unique situation.

Meet Your Coaches
Hi, we’re Elli Runkles & Ginny Krauss. We’re two seasoned entrepreneurs, with over 15+ years of online business experience, 2 business degrees, and a lifetime of confronting the hard stuff head on, always coming out glad we did on the other side.
One of the hardest decisions either of us has ever made was to shut down our previous businesses 2 years ago when we realized that our businesses were causing us to burnout, and that taking a step back was what we needed at the time to prioritize our personal well-being.
After taking the time to heal and develop the tools we needed to get out of burnout and prevent getting there again, we’re on a mission to help entrepreneurs like you do this work before getting to a place of burnout, so you can make the shifts needed to align with your bigger vision, and keep moving forward without sacrificing everything you’ve built so far.
Elli started her first business as conversion copywriter & messaging coach in 2017, but deep down, her work has always been about helping women clarify and communicate the work that truly lights them up. She’s Dare to Lead trained by Brene Brown’s team, and passionate about seeing entrepreneurs show up as their whole selves while making an impact with work that matters to them.
Elli has been living abroad for 10 years, 8 in Spain, before moving to Portugal 2 years ago. She lives in a tiny village on the beach with her partner and 3 cats (but don’t call her a cat mom).
Ginny’s is an online business OG who started her first business in 2012, and has served her clients as a brand strategist, visibility coach, and PR expert. Through it all, she’s helped people tap into their story and infuse that into their businesses by showing up authentically. She believes in strong ethical marketing, and empowering business owners to embody their values in their businesses.
Ginny crossed an ocean for love 12 years ago, and lives in picturesque Munich, Germany. She’s a southern American mom raising two bilingual Bavarian boys, which always makes for good times.

Who is Release & Align a good fit for?
Release & Align is a group coaching program for established entrepreneurs.
What do we mean by established?
You’ve been making a full-time income from your business for at least 3 years, you have a team and/or experience outsourcing to contractors, and you regularly prioritize investing in your business. Now that the pre-reqs are out of the way, here are some things that indicate that this program might be the right next step for you:
- You care about helping people and being of service through your business (maybe even to a fault).
- You’re an ambitious entrepreneur who is always dreaming up new ideas and projects.
- You know that something needs to change in your business, but you’re having a hard time figuring out what that is and/or how to make it happen.
- You’re feeling stuck on what to do next, but you know that with the right space, and support, you’re capable of figuring it out.
- You’re ready to be supported as you step the most authentic and aligned version of yourself and your business.
Who is NOT a good fit for Release & Align?
This program is NOT for new entrepreneurs looking to learn how to build their first business or learn new business or marketing strategies. It’s also not for people with significant unresolved trauma or mental health concerns that need to be addressed in therapy. This is not business strategy and it’s not therapy.
It’s life and business alignment coaching for established entrepreneurs who want to do business in a way that supports their life, their family, their well-being, and their goals.
